Nice person, but not proactive
Good availability and wonderful staff in reception and the nurses office. Brit seems like a nice person and is polite when you visit her, but she is not very motivated to help when you ask questions to try to understand the situation better. She was not proactive enough, and did not offer me much in the way of information, or discussion of possible options for me to be satisfied that I was getting good and thorough medical care. She made a lot of assumptions. A lot of the time I felt as though I was an inconvenience and that she was trying to just give me shortest answer so that I would go away, so I lost trust in the answers that I got. She is also not very good at explaining the system unless you ask very specific questions, or following anything up. I have changed fastlege.
