Tilsvar til vurdering

No empathy, does not follow up, hardly answers phone.

First time: chainsaw wound, worried about tetanus. Called the day after and they gave me an appointment for late the day after. And then said I should've come earlier when they made my appointment! No vaccine shot given.
Second time: Asked for therapy-related help. Zero empathy. And she made it sound like it was impossible and said I'd have to tell her my entire story (almost challengingly).
Third time: knee pain (for a few years) - got mri - was sent SMS with no information on what to do, called repeatedly for 3 weeks before I was told (as if I should know) that I "should just go for some physio".
Fourth time: coughing for 3 weeks, got blood tests. Been over 3 more weeks trying to call and get results. Finally get through and find out that I'm low on vitamins and I need a prescription - this was supposed to take 2 days. When asked why the I was not told the receptionist just said "i dunno".
