Psykiater Usman Niaz

Dr Usman niaz is a wonderful therapist to talk with, he is empathetic , has a lot of experience and tell you truth about your situation. He also doesn't tell you what to do and offer a few alternatives but the decision making is your which is ultimately a great thing. One of my biggest issues is that, I have a big old bag of problems emotionally- psychologically- physically- I dont know where to start and what to concentrate on .He is gently guiding me through the clutter in my traumatised mind to become more understanding of myself, more mindful and better at coping.
I am so grateful for his consistent support and guidance. He has been extremely helpful in my healing process. I would highly recommend him!!!
