Shahab Imani has been my fast lege for 3 years, and everytime I see him I feel like he is not sincere in helping me get better. He smiles and seems kind, but it doesn't make you feel at ease, feels more like a forced smile. Maybe it's also because he doesn't say anything unless prompted. It feels like I have to find my own diagnosis and he is just there to prescribe the medicine and wants you out of his office ASAP. After the consultation I often feel unsure if he understood my problem properly, like he might have missed something simply because he doesn't talk. He doesn't explain what he observes and what the symptoms mean, just listens and prescribes. If you want to understand your illness even a bit, you have to ask all the basic questions yourself, otherwise he would not offer any information at all.

An example of how a conversation with him might go:
Doc: How can I help today?
Patient: (describes problem)
Doc: (checks patient symptoms) Ok, I have given you this medicine.
Patient: So what is my illness?
Doc: Illness xxx
Patient: What does it mean?
Doc: It means xxx
Patient: How long is the recovery?
Doc: x days
Patient: If I still feel pain after x days what should I do?
(and it goes on)

I feel so frustrated with his service to the extent that I avoid going to him at a lot of cost (like going to a private doctor instead). So if you do not want to end up spending money at a private doctor, do not choose him as your fastlege.

In addition, one of the reception ladies to answers the phone calls is especially impatient and often speaks to me in a rude tone.
