Competent and efficient while still empathic

Brita has helped me with recent investigations and a minor operation. She was efficient in her use of time while still holding space for me to explain my issues and concerns in detail. In fact she actively encouraged me to expand on certain points, which I am not used to. My previous experience of GPs is that the wish for you to compact and shorten your explanations.

I am very pleased and would recommend her to anyone.
