I talked to her about the birth control that I wanted. She said that she will send me a prescription to buy it in the Apotek on the day of my appointment. I waited a long time and appointment day finally arrives and there is no prescription. So I go to her office to ask and she blames me for not reminding her to send it, and says that I have to book another appointment, and basically suggested that I change my doctor. This is especially hurtful because I was really happy to have a woman/female doctor. I asked if I could buy it now since the apotek is just across the road and she says no. Now I have to wait another month or two before being helped? And there was no attempt either to correct the mistake by trying to find a closer appointment or promising to call incase of a cancellation. Very insensitive.
