I have never met Irene as she has Vikar doctors. Before Christmas, I had A Vikar doctor who was amazing - very empathetic, professional, kind and thorough.

Unfortunately she left Muren Legekontor, and I had to change Legekontor as a result of the rude receptionist, the fact that it is impossible to call for an appointment as the phone is not answered (one must actually visit the office and wait at least 30 minutes to arrange an appointment with a very unhelpful and annoyed looking secretary!) There is no SMS service or PasientSky App like in other more transparent Legekontors. And worst of all: you cannot pay by card - only by cash!!!! As a result of this, if you do not ask for your receipt, you could be billed 2 or 3 times for the same appointment with no proof that you already paid the bill already!

Anyway: I had a nice and great doctor before Christmas. I cannot comment about the current Vikar doctor or Irene as I moved to a new Legekntor after my great doctor left Muren Legekontor. This was because I could no longer tolerate the rude and unprofessional secretary, his chaotic and dirty office, or the inefficient accounting system.
