Disappointment
This message is not about the Dr. but about my first appointment and the reply I got via phone. I am very disappointed by their service, I have been eagerly waiting for my appointment date as my GP informed me. I did not get any email or message on my digipost regarding my appointment. However, I received a penality fee on my digipost not my appointment date. My appointment date was sent on random text message which I did not open it at all, because I thought it is some marketing promotion. I received a phone call at my appointment date and time and was asked if I am on my way. I was surprised and tried to explain may be it was sent on a wrong number. But when she told me the number I saw it has 3 messages and I did not open all 3. Which one is important the penality fee via digipost or the health check-up via unknown number? I have tried to explain to the reception that called me that, I do receive my Dr. appointments on digipost or email. I do not check my message from unknown numbers but she was not willing to accept me.
