Appointment changed without notice

Long waiting time. I received a notification in HelseNorge just two hours before my appointment saying that it had been changed to a different day and time, and that I had been referred to another doctor.

No one contacted me beforehand to ask whether the new date and time worked for me. I tried to call the office, the line was closed.
