Poor Communication and Long Wait Times

In my experience, I would not recommend this doctor, especially for someone who is new to the country and unfamiliar with the healthcare system. During my appointment, I felt that the examination was not thorough unless I specifically asked the doctor to check my concerns. The doctor also did not begin by asking what symptoms or problems had brought me in, which left me feeling confused and unsure whether my concerns were fully understood.

The receptionist scheduled my appointment, but I had to wait much longer than the scheduled time before being seen. Overall, I left feeling that the communication and patient care could have been much better.
