It is difficult to reach the practice by phone, no answering machine, best is probably to go directly to his office during working hours. Am not a person in need of medical advice often but when I do I need it and feel now a bit helpless not being able to reach his practice. As a consequence I'll sort it myself but would have preferred his advice. No complaints on his professionality as a doktor when he is there helping. So feel a bit let down by the organisation around the practice.

I had to make a scan based on the doctor recommendation and it is been a month since the doctor got the results, the doctor said they will contact me and I haven't heard from them at all, I tried to call for several times everyday but the phone is either ringing with no answer or has busy tone. I tried to book time online but the online form said that my number is not registered at the doctor and I have to contact them to register it.

Dette er en fantastisk lege, som alltid tar seg god til tid til å høre på hva du har og si, og finner alltid gode løsninger på hva enn problemet måtte være. Gir seg ikke før han finner ut av det!
Han er omsorgsfull og tar deg alltid på alvor.
